Neville D'Almeida Exhibition
The exhibition “Neville D’Almeida” was held at the public cultural center Sesc Santo Amaro in honor of the director of Brazilian outsider cinema known for his alternative films, in addition to the box office success “A dama do lotação” (stocking lady). Neville's bold style guided the visual identity that we created for the project's informational pamphlets. Using only two colors and black, we worked with visual discomfort through color contrast, the use of titles that went off into the margins, and clippings of images from his films, backstage, and personal life - each portraying his greatest period of success, the 70s and 80s.
